This Payment Policy explains how Kvxa accepts payments, shows order totals, and protects checkout information through PayPal. Our default checkout payment provider is PayPal.
Checkout review is designed to show customers the payment method, order total, shipping charge, and billing details before the payment is authorized.
ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS
PayPal is the default payment method. Customers complete payment through the PayPal option shown at checkout.
Only payment methods currently shown at checkout are available for the order, and the storefront payment icons must match those active methods. Payment options displayed at checkout may depend on customer location, device, browser, card issuer, and the payment settings available through PayPal.
SSL ENCRYPTION & DATA PROTECTION
Payments are securely submitted to PayPal for authorization. PayPal handles payment credentials within its own protected payment environment.
Customers should review the final checkout amount before payment; card credential handling remains inside the secure Shopify payment flow.
PCI-DSS COMPLIANCE LEVEL 1
PayPal maintains payment-security controls for transactions processed through its service. Our store receives the payment status and order information needed to fulfill the purchase.
NO CREDIT CARD STORAGE
We do not collect, store, or have access to complete card numbers or card security codes. Payment credential verification is handled by PayPal and the relevant financial institution.
TRANSACTION CURRENCY & TRANSPARENCY
All prices on our website are listed and charged in United States dollars, shown with the $ symbol and USD currency code. The total final price, including applicable shipping costs, will be clearly itemized and displayed at the checkout page before you authorize payment. At checkout, Standard Shipping: $0.00 USD and Tax: $0.00 USD. We never charge any hidden processing fees, handling fees, or unannounced taxes.
Payment Authorization and Capture
Orders move forward after payment is successfully authorized. A bank, card issuer, wallet provider, or PayPal may show a pending authorization before the charge is fully captured or settled.
Billing Information
Customers must provide accurate billing information. Orders may be delayed or canceled if billing details cannot be verified, payment is declined, or fraud review is required.
Failed or Pending Payments
If payment fails or remains pending, the order may not be processed. Customers may need to contact their bank, card issuer, or payment provider to resolve payment issues.
Fraud Review
For customer protection, orders may be reviewed when payment details, billing information, or order behavior appears inconsistent. A suspicious or unauthorized order may be canceled and refunded through the original payment route.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through PayPal. PayPal, bank, or card issuer processing times may vary after the refund is submitted.
TAXES AND DUTIES
No taxes, duties, or other government charges are added to the order at checkout. The Tax field displays $0.00 USD. Customers pay only the product total shown before payment because standard shipping is also $0.00 USD.
